I found the funniest application on Facebook today, Dogbook.  You create a profile for your pet dogs!   And there's Catbook too, for anyone who has cats.  Oh it's so funny.  I'm addicted to Facebook anyway, and now I can have a profile for my baby Louis too ;)

Only a couple of weeks away from my second wedding anniversary.  I can't believe how quickly this year has gone.  It still seems far too warm to be October.

Later today Trev's neice's boyfriend's father (phew) is coming to have a look around as he is going to fit the shower in about a month for us.  I'm hoping that because he's looking now to assess what work needs doing, he'll do it earlier.  Once the shower's fitted we can put in our new tiles :D

Mom & Dad usually give me and Willowluna a bit of money for the xmas period, and I'm thinking this year I'll probably spend mine on getting some wallpaper and paint for the upstairs rooms.  Then in January I have to start thinking about paying mom back some money she leant me....  I just want the house looking nice, since we moved in 6 years ago we've gotten a lot less done than I'd have expected by now.  It's looking a bit unloved and uncared for and I just want it to look nice.  We just never seem to have any money saved to do anything nowdays....

I was having a lovely natter with my youngest Jack, last night.  He's really starting to mature now and I enjoy chatting with him.  He used to just talk about paystation games (yawn) but lately he's been on about reincarnation.  I like the fact he's thinking about life and death.  He was telling me yesterday he remembered the darkness before he was born....  He hopes we will meet up again next time we're reincarnated....

First off I walked Louis.  The weather can't make it's mind up, first it's bitter cold, then its too hot.  I don't know what setting to put my radiators on!  The autumn colours are already starting, and the leaves are coming off the trees.  But my back garden is still really colourful which is strange as tomorrow's October already.

An old website I used to be on, Friends Reunited, is now free.  It's a bit like facebook only a lot crapper, but seeing as you can find your old school friends on it, I spent a couple of hours yesterday looking up old buddies and leaving messages so they could facebook me. 

So today I've been catching up with some old friends.  And I decided to drag out a few old photo's on there too.

I remembered to make a trifle that I was supposed to cook for Thomas's birthday on Sunday.   Oops, better late than never...

So all in all an eventful day.

Now I'm just trying to decide what to make for dinner.....

I went and got some tiles, a shower curtain and a shower yesterday (on the credit card).  I'm impulsive I had to do it, lol.  The shower curtain is frosted white, and the tiles are like a rustic italian cream colour (does that make sense?).  So now we just need to find someone to fit the shower (apparently the brother in laws son in law's father (phew!) is a plumber and won't charge the earth. 

My crocosmia Lucifer has flowered at last!  I bought some bulbs and planted them this year and they're lovely!

Tom's decided on a pub lunch for his birthday, that's until he changes his mind anyway.

OK so now I've finished painting the bathroom and it's lovely and fresh looking. But now it looks so clean, the kitchen looks even worse than it did before!!!! I've created a monster now haven't I? Hopefully I can get some cheap tiles for the bathroom in a few weeks, budget permitting, as for decorating the kitchen, I really need to work on my whole "I believe I deserve wealth" affirmation....
